Jonathan Wood- Founder

Jonathan has experience in both the construction and transportation sectors. After graduating with a degree in Architecture from The City College of New York in 2009, Jonathan got his start in the industry working as a project engineer on one of the largest infrastructure projects in New York at that time: The reconstruction of the Fulton Street Transit Center in Lower Manhattan. Afterward, Mr Wood continued his career working with New York City Transit in the Signals and Systems Capital Program, where he saw firsthand the condition of much of the MTA’s existing signal equipment, and from that experience the idea of incorporating new technologies into existing rail operations was born. Mr Wood has also worked for a number of years as a Project Manager for one of Engineering News Record’s top 100 Contractors in New York City. He has similarly parlayed this experience along with his interest in new technologies into the ideas that drive AdlaiCurtis strategies for innovation in the Construction market.

Tony Gaston- Co-Founder

Tony has had experience for a number of years in IT systems. Specifically, he has worked to identify and train new talent within the IT community through his work with a non-profit educational program based in New York City & NJ. Most recently Mr. Gaston has been responsible for overseeing operations, logistics, corporate relationships and fundraising for a national IT training organization in Newark. Through this work, Mr Gaston has developed relationships with companies in the IT and software development fields, including Google, Cognizant and Divergent as well as Financial Institutions such as Barclay’s, J.P. Morgan Chase and Citigroup. Mr. Gaston’s knowledge of this market, and his ability to develop and maintain critical relationships is critical to the success of this company.

Alex Rozgo- CTO

Alex Rozgo is a Dynamical Systems Engineer with focus on Simulation and Artificially Intelligent Systems. He has more than 20 years of experience in real-time high-performance computing, and consulting for several scalable simulation systems for the US Department of Defense. He currently leads the development of an open source simulation and AI platform for bridging the reality gap and is additionally working on real time pipelines for generating synthetic data for training AI models. He is also a technology advisor to several public and private institutions in Central America, conference speaker and tech incubator for Latin American startups.
